The Invasion of Migrating Overseas Workers
If you are anywhere in the world, chances are you will always have the same mentality of finding better fortune working abroad rather than locally. A lot has to do with currency and of course the current economic situation of a country. However, looking also at the cost of living in the area of interest may be a good thing to ponder upon.
You can earn double or triple your standard pay from countries like the US and Europe. However, you have to consider the basic needs such as clothing, food and housing. They are not the same with the rate you have in your homeland. You have to satisfy these needs as well if you are going to work effectively and stay in the territory and these will certainly vary.
So why do people get better fortune elsewhere? Well for one thing, sacrifice is still imminent. People give up social satisfaction and their vices to earn and send money to their loved ones back home. They will be lonely at times but the price to pay for higher pay will always require something in return. This is called sacrifice and having to live alone for the time being until you can say that you have earned enough for your future and family.
