We do have our own dreams and goals in our career. Some wants to have their own business, others do want to excel on their own career, there are also few who are satisfied with what they have and some go for a freelancer career. Which do you think is better? If you are going to asked me, the answer is we do have difference preference and vision in life as long as you are contented with what you have, then it is good.
Today, we are going to discuss the freelancer career, how it will be, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. When you say freelancer, the first thing that comes to our mind is the person who is servicing one or more companies. In a more professional definition, Freelancer is someone who is not committed to only one employer and in per contract basis, meaning they work in a certain period depending on the agreement. They also had known as self-employed.

Like other career or profession, being a freelance worker has advantages and disadvantages, some of them are the following:
Advantages:
- The main advantage is you have no specific superior to instruct you from time to time,
- You work on your own approach and time.
- Bigger income compared with regular employees
- You can spend more time with your family, as some of your task can do at home.
- A chance to have more connections or network, for you will be dealing with different professionals
Disadvantages
- The possibility of having difficulties of your income in some period
- You need to prove your skills and capabilities first before gaining clients as the competitions is tough.
- You work alone, so there is a possibility of getting bored at the middle of your projects.

After graduating into college, students have different plans to their respective career. In my opinion, after graduation is one of the hardest and pressured part or moment of every person’s life, for the reason that, this is a start of everything. You will need to choose your career path, you will need to have a job and it is not easy to find a job for those newly graduates based on my experience.

What is the best career planning and developing? Career development defined as a one person’s conception of a career outline and decision-making approach. It also involves the method or way of managing of each professional’s to his or her career.
Many mistakes of professionals in our time are getting the first job that they offered to them. They do not stick to their plan or they have no plan at all. In everything, planning is the key for every success and it is more applicable when we talk about our profession.
When you are not satisfied with what you have in your career then it is good to stop for a while and think. Asked yourself, what do you really want in your life? How long do you want to achieve your goal? How will you achieve your dreams in life? It is better to write down the answers to those questions and use them in your career planning. If you think your skills and knowledge is not enough for your dreams, it is not hindrance to achieve those. The best thing to do is to attend trainings and seminars that can help you in your career development. Never stop to think ways on how to improve yourself, it is never ending process, each day we learn new things in our life that our essential if not in our career at least in our daily living.
