What are the things to do and not do while still employ and looking for another opportunity? You are tired in your job and want another opportunity. You feel that the job is not interesting anymore. 2. During your interview, do not state any bad things that may destruct the image of your present company
3. When hired by other company, follow the company rules in the set time frame of looking for the replacement
4. Make sure that you turnover everything with the one who will replace you and clearly explained with him / her all of the job descriptions, deadlines of reports, etc.
5. Say your goodbye properly. Do not do anything that may destruct your professional and personal relationship with your employer and co-workers.
