Companies would usually invest little in the early stages of product or service development, taking in all the expenses and the needed costs to be able to build on brand awareness for their items. However, such is only done under a specified period of time, usually a year, after which the proper declaration of product pricing components such as utilities expenses, salaries and wages and other operating expenses incurred will need to be properly identified according to the company’s operations for a period.

Consumer acceptance and reaction will surely start in a negative way. For a product to implement price increases is something no one really wants, but is needed. For one, no company would want to incur losses for the duration of their existence and would want to realize profits at some point. This view is something that most consumers would not care about and would need a specified period of adjustment to accept that all commodities today need to implement such increases to survive and stay in the market.

If a company would have its way, stable prices would be the best way to go. But with the economies of scale changing as each day progresses, all business entities and organizational structures need to adapt to such changes as well. For the common business entrepreneurs and executives, these occurrences are only normal to be expected. It’s just too bad that in most cases, people would not understand the whole business process, especially for people who cater and master different fields of profession.
