Losing Management Appetite

The important thing about loving your job is having the drive to achieve. People are placed in positions for a reason; because they are qualified and expected to accomplish a lot of things stated in the contract to which they would initially sign before getting down to work. However, one key element that is also considered is the appetite to pursue goals for career and corporate success. Without it, holding a job that has less feasibility of being a niche in the career of any person will most likely result in separation from the company after some given time.

The personal drive to accomplish goals will always be a factor in any setting. For most cases, employees simply looking after the compensation will not last long. All they are after is earning and getting that sense of security for their everyday needs. While some would readily deny this, it is a reality for any employee today.

There are also instances where managers would easily become frustrated because of lack of appreciation and a mix of high degree of setting of satisfaction by corporate owners. While managers would turn this as a challenge, there will always be a limit as to how long they can bear the pressure which usually becomes unreachable as set by most people.

While it is good to reach for the stars by an entrepreneur or corporate owner, being realistic and knowing the business should be done professionally. A person who does not know the business and is purely after monetary concerns will most likely end up losing in a business. Such is a typical scenario for Chinese businessmen who don’t even want to get their hands dirty. It is a reality and while their forefathers have toiled to get on the top, they are too far off being conservative losing money rather than gaining money.

Such is unfair for people who work hard. Asking too much may not always be a good thing. But realistically, Chinese natives are divided in the sense that rich Chinamen came into being because they started from scratch and could care less if they lose their money. No offense to their next of kin but it is a reality to which they end up fuming and shouting because they do not know how to run a business.
