While most people looking for jobs are often confident that their credentials are more than enough to impress recruiters and organizations. But business owners today have become particular about attire and overall appearance. Overall representation is certainly something that helps uplift organizations and people should start becoming more conscious if they want to land jobs from selected organizations today.

Many would cry foul for this kind of approach but any corporate entity is looking out for how they can be able to project a lasting image. This includes staff representation that includes overall looks and physical representation. It does sound unfair but is really nothing personal when it comes to business.
