Getting the Proper Job Satisfaction
For the early part of careers, chances are people will not be landing their preferred job. This is only normal. While degrees are given for a purpose, new graduates still have to prove they belong to that circle of professionals that have carved their niche.
Normally, fresh graduates will find themselves doing clerical work or find themselves into sales. Some even land data encoding positions and until they prove their worth and collect that ideal work experience, companies will not even bother to entertain them just yet.
It does seem to sound unfair. But for organizations and companies, they are just making sure that they have the right people for their organizational needs. On the employee aspect, the early stages will always sound to be unfair. But as they climb up the corporate ladder, they will understand better why this process is being followed by companies who have been standing steady for some years.
