Emotional outbursts where people can no longer take the bad mouthed remarks coming their way by their superiors is only normal if they are pushed to the limit. However, the key towards testing the extent of how much a person is able to take from these lashed out remarks is also a test in itself. Management decisions are not made by a single nod of the head. They are analyzed and studied to find out the feasibility of their implementation. That is the supposed way of management where companies can expect to grow and operate effectively.Going back, having a high temper and little tolerance for such inconsistencies and high standards for anything that is done would be entirely frustrating. People would be on the borderline of quitting and moving on. While people can take only so much, it would not be surprising that some would call it quits at some point.

Time and again, people will be advised, try and treat it as a test of your mental toughness. This is true. However, when things start to get ugly like hitting below the belt at times, it is apparent that people need not consider what to do. Just leave professionally and take your expertise somewhere else. There is no sense toiling for a company that has obvious disrespect and disregard for all accomplishments and sacrifices set forth by people who want to succeed.
