== About Wise Bread ==

Wise Bread attracts over half a million page views per month.

We’ve been referenced by New York Times, MSNBC, Times Online, Wired, Mother Jones, and The Register.

We’ve made the front pages of Lifehacker, Consumerist, Boing Boing, IMDB, Digg, reddit, Netscape, Stumbled Upon, and Del.icio.us.

You’ll be joining a supportive community of exceptional bloggers with professional writing, editorial, advertising, marketing, SEO, and sales experience.

We belong to the Liferemix Network , a blog network featuring top bloggers like Tim Ferriss (New York Times best-selling author of “The 4-Hour Workweek”), JD Roth (Get Rich Slowly), Leo Babauta (Zen Habits), and Jay White (Dumb Little Man).

Our writers also contribute to the official MSN Money Central’s personal finance blog.

== Compensation ==

You make 100% of the gross ad revenue generated by your blog’s home and permalink pages.

Our monetizing experts find the best advertisers for your blog and negotiate the best deals on your behalf.

Our company makes money from the main homepage and other community areas that doesn’t belong to any particular blogger.

== Requirements ==

Previous problogging experience is a plus but not required. However, you must have at least a basic understanding of how to use blogging software.

Most of our bloggers post at least 3 times a week. We have no specific requirements since we prefer better researched and well written authoritative posts than articles written under the pressure of deadlines. Because you will be a part of a community of bloggers, there is no pressure to post on a daily basis.

Please send the following to recruiting@killeraces.com:

1. Three sample posts of about 300-500 words in length. These posts should show off your ability to write in different styles (for example, show that you’re able to write concise how-to guides as well as interesting commentary ). The three sample posts MUST be on topic. If you are linking to existing work, those must be on topic too.

You are welcome to send other examples of your work, but please remember the three on topic sample posts are an absolute requirement.

2. Five concrete and specific ideas for future posts. Include details and/or an outline of the meat of the posts. For example, if you plan on writing about effective budgeting techniques, please list briefly what some of those techniques would be.

3. Please include in the title of your email which blog you are applying for. If applying for Wise Bread, put [application for Wise Bread]; if applying for parenting blog, put [application for parenting blog]. Here are the topics with openings: Wise Bread, parenting, beauty, business management, women in business, and employee’s rights.

Original post can be found here.
