Commission defined as the form of payment to an agent for the closed transaction or sale in a certain products and or services. Sales persons can be a field sales or a telesales. Others say that it is easier to conduct or to sell something through phone but some disagreed to this. That explained that people have different 
preferences and skills in terms of selling. For those who want to develop careers into telesales, on this article we are going to discuss some tips and suggestions in improving skills into telemarketing.
Telemarketing is a form of selling via telephone; it is a direct selling marketing method, wherein the sales persons contacted the prospective client to pitch for the certain products or services. Telemarketing can be a form of Outbound, Inbound and Lead generation.
Telemarketing Tips and Suggestions:
- Organize your time. Time is important in every thing, if you know how to manage this then you can be successful in everything that you do including the telemarketing.
- Do have a checklist; it is important that you monitor those clients that you have been call and those who are not yet. Note those who need to call back and call them again, at the agreed time, this are also a way of showing them your professionalism.
- Always be professional, you can be friendly to them but make sure you are not loosing the essence of professionalism.
- Be aggressive. This is necessary in sales you cannot closed a deal if you are not aggressive.
