Big Companies Contemplating Job Cuts
Posted in Business News, Career, Jobs and Careers by Damien No Comments
The world economic crisis continues to go deeper and pushing most people and workers nearer to the reality of perhaps losing jobs as job cuts are being reportedly mulled by three top companies. These are:
1. JP Morgan Chase
2. Goldman Sachs
3. Citigroup
They all have one thing in common though. Most are aligned in the banking and finance sector. Apparently the situation has gotten worst and for companies to continue operations and survive, job cuts globally have to be turned to. It is not a pretty recourse to do in business but it is better than closing shop and admitting bankruptcy.
No one knows what the future holds for any of the business sectors up today. But one thing that is for sure, there will be a lot of jobless people left out in the market and looking for new jobs. It is not a comforting thought but we just have to face reality folks. The financial worries of companies affect even the lowly rank and file workers who work the standard 8 hour shift.
