2012 ISPOR 5th Asia-Pacific Conference: A Major Pharmacoeconomics & Outcomes Research Conference in Asia

Princeton, NJ, January 07, 2012 –(PR.com)– The ISPOR 5th Asia-Pacific Conference will be held from September 2-4, 2012, in Taipei, Taiwan. This conference will provide a platform for health care researchers and decision makers to present and learn the latest in pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research.

Evidenced by the surge in attendance rate since the first conference in 2003, the ISPOR Asia-Pacific conferences have proven to be the most effective pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research conference in Asia. More than 1000 attendees are expected.

Researchers and decision makers will have the opportunity to present their work at the Conference by submitting abstracts in one or more of the following categories: Outcomes research poster presentations, issue panels, workshops and Health Care Decision-Maker Case Study presentations.

In meeting the global interests in Asia, the Plenary Session topics scheduled are, “Health Technology Assessment in The Significantly Evolving Health Care Systems in Asia,” “Involving Patients Health Care Providers in Health Care Decisions: Learning from Each Other,” and “Challenges of Adopting New Innovative Technologies in Health Care Coverage Decision Making in Asia.”
