Murakami finishes 2nd
Artemio Murakami suffered a misfortune on the 10th hole and settled for second place behind eventual winner American Jonathan Moore at the PGM-ADT-CCM Impian Classic yesterday in Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia.
Murakami, who is fine-tuning for his defence of the ICTSI Philippine Open this week, led by three shots at the turn but agonizingly drove into out of bounds on the 10th hole for a double bogey. He was forced to settle for second place after signing for a final round 69.
He finished with a four-day total of 269, three shots behind Moore who closed out with a 67.
